To provide a secure and convenient facial recognition access service, please read the following agreement carefully before activating this function. By clicking "Agree and Activate", you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this agreement, particularly the bolded terms, and you separately authorize us to provide this function to you.
1）Purpose of Function: Upon activation, you can use facial recognition for identity verification at access points associated with you, such as residential or office premises, enabling swift entry.
2）Types of Information: This function requires processing your facial information, which is classified as sensitive personal information under applicable laws.
3）Processing Rules:
Minimum Necessity: We process your facial information solely for identity verification and access management purposes and will not use it for unrelated purposes.
Processing Method: You are required to complete facial capture (including liveness detection) as instructed. We will extract a facial feature template (an irreversible encrypted data set) for subsequent comparison. The original facial image will be deleted immediately after extraction.
Storage Period: To continuously provide this function, we will store your encrypted feature template until you voluntarily delete it or deactivate this function.
Information Sharing: Without your separate consent, we will not share or transfer your facial information. We will only provide a "verification successful" result to the designated administrator (e.g., property management) specified when you activated the service, enabling them to perform access control.
1）Autonomous Control: You have the right to deactivate or reactivate this function at any time via the function settings within the APP. Upon deactivation, we will cease processing and delete your feature template.
2）Information Deletion: You may request the deletion of your facial information by contacting [Customer Service] or through other means. We will complete the processing within 15 working days.
3）Complaints and Reports: If you think our processing infringes upon your rights, you may file a complaint through the channels provided in the Privacy Policy or report the matter to regulatory authorities.
1）Technical Characteristics: Facial recognition is subject to environmental factors, pose variations, and changes in facial features. There is an extremely low probability of recognition errors. Please be aware of this technical limitation.
2）Access Permissions: Facial verification is a technical means of access. Your eligibility to enter specific areas depends on your legal relationship with the area's administrator (e.g., lease, employment contract). We solely provide the verification service.
3）Security Commitment: We will adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your information; however, we cannot guarantee absolute data security against all risks.
We may revise this agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be notified to you via APP messages or on-page announcements. Your continued use of this function after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
